- If you have any symptoms of fever, headache or runny nose, notify the guide in charge immediately.
- Payments can be made online by credit or debit card, or by bank deposit or wire transfer.
- Your reservation voucher can be carried digitally on your cell phone, it is not necessary to print it on paper.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS IN TRANSPORTATION UNITS
Our transportation units have always been held to very high standards of cleanliness, they now will be disinfected before, during and after each trip. Following the COVID-19 outbreak, we have taken additional steps to elevate our hygiene and sanitation practices in accordance with World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines, World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) protocols, the Ministry of Tourism, and applicable government regulations.
Our tours have the seal of approval Safe Travels from World Travel and Tourism Council for implementing hygiene and health protocols. We have the Quality certificate clean point of the Secretary of Tourism.
For any unexpected situation, antiviral sprays and disinfectant wipes are available on all trips.
Our drivers and guides are trained with the latest cleaning protocols and will daily clean and disinfect all surfaces, including handrails, door handles, cup holders, seats, floors, windows. They are trained in new and improved personal hygiene and social distancing procedures. During their trip, they will operate with a duty of care and monitor the hygiene etiquette of our customers, reacting and advising as necessary to ensure that high standards are maintained. We will also see that you are well informed before traveling about the new protocols required in these areas. Our Guides have preventive measures to try to guarantee their wellbeing, they will use personal protective equipment such as mouth covers and masks.
We are very selective about who we work with and choose to complement our services with hotels, restaurants, boats, museums, and places that take seriously the health and well-being of our clients.

All our customers are asked to follow the hygiene practices recommended by the World Health Organization, including thorough hand washing and disinfection when necessary. Hand sanitizer is available free of charge on board for our customers to use during their voyage. Bring your own mask, gloves, and extra hand sanitizer to make you feel more comfortable.
