Can I book only one person?
Of course you can join a confirmed group, please contact us.
Where do the Tours come from?

If you purchase a tour with transportation, don’t worry, they go through most of the hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya. At the time of booking, please specify your hotel.

Do all activities include transportation?

We have the option to include transportation to your activity, please check before booking.

Do the Tours operate every day?
Tours are shared and depart daily, however due to health safety issues (COVID) they are subject to space availability, we recommend booking in advance.

 

If I book a tour with transportation and rent an Air Bnb, do you pick me up?

If you are in the center of the city, yes, however we have meeting points with established schedules for each tour.

What are the payment methods?

Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, at least 3 days before the activity to secure your spots on the tour.
Can I change my date of service?

It is possible to make date changes free of charge, up to 7 days in advance.

Are the common areas safe from COVID?

Every day the land and marine units and equipment used in each activity are sanitized. In addition, they comply with the protocols indicated by the Secretary of Health.

What do I do if my tour does not include transportation?
The activities that do not include transportation are well located and easily accessible, so you can get there by public transportation or rent a vehicle. Let us know and we will make recommendations.

 

Do I need to know how to swim for water activities?

It is recommended that you do to avoid nervousness; however, for all aquatic activities the use of life jackets is mandatory; in addition, the guide staff is well trained and always at your side to increase safety.

Are the activities safe?

 

All activities are safe, however, the following recommendations should be taken into account:

If the person requires a wheelchair, this detail must be indicated in the reservation so that our team can provide space for it.

If the person has hearing, vision or speech problems, he/she must always be accompanied by a family member to assist him/her.

If the person has an intellectual disability, they must be accompanied at all times by an adult responsible for their care and safety.

Remember that people who are emotionally susceptible (anxiety, nervousness or personality disorders) should always be accompanied by a responsible adult.

 

How safe are the activities if I do them when I am on my period?

The activities are recommended for the general public.

During the menstrual period it is not recommended to engage in activities where there may be contact or proximity with animals; remember that animals have a more developed sense of smell and may act unexpectedly.
