All our tours are available according to season and weather conditions.
Advance reservations are required to secure your place on the Tour.
At least 1 adult is required to book any tour for a minor, who will be responsible for the child’s care.
The company is not responsible for objects left inside the transportation units or vessels.
To perform any aquatic or snorkeling activity, it is necessary that the person knows how to swim and has previous knowledge of the activity, as well as being in good physical health.
Vessels and land transportation units have passenger insurance in case of any eventuality, as long as it occurs within the same units.
RATE POLICY:
The above rates are per person.
The tax is already included in the final price.
JUVENILE POLICIES:
Children are persons between 1 and 11 years of age. From 12 years of age, the adult rate applies.
Infants under 1 year old are free of charge on the Tours, they may attend under the strict care and supervision of their parents. Food and beverages are not included.
The diving tour, Xplor, Xavage and the Whale Shark Swim Tour is not recommended for children with small arms, or who are not yet strong enough for such a trip. Therefore, they will not be allowed access.
RESERVATION POLICY:
Tour reservations can be made in four ways: ON LINE via web page at www.goplan4u.com, via e-mail to: reservaciones@goplan4u.com, by phone at (998) 505 67 33 or by WhatsApp at (998) 340 41 17.
In order to guarantee your reservation, payment is required.
PAYMENT POLICIES:
If you require an invoice, please provide your fiscal data, use of CFDI and method of payment. It can only be prepared in the same month in which you made your payment.
Payments for Tours can be made online by credit or debit card, Pay Pal, bank deposit or wire transfer.
If your payment is by bank deposit or wire transfer, you will need to send us proof of payment via e-mail to reservaciones@goplan4u.com.
SECURITY POLICIES:
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
SSL Certificates work ensuring that the data between users and the website is unreadable. It uses encryption algorithms to encrypt the data in transit, thus which at the moment of making an online purchase through our portal, all the information is protected, preventing other people from having access to the information transmitted through the Internet. In addition, all our banking transactions are carried out with the use of PayPal encryption from start to finish.
CHANGE POLICY:
Date changes will be free of charge, as long as they are informed at least 7 days in advance.
Date changes made within 6 days of the date of service will be charged 15% of the total amount.
Date changes are subject to availability, in case of unavailability, the closest date to the request will be sought, in case of unavailability, the service must be cancelled, with its respective cancellation charge.
Date changes on the same day of service are not allowed or in case of no-show, will not be refunded in any way.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellation requests must be informed in advance.
Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the service will be charged 20% of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations made from 14 to 7 days before the service, are subjectat a charge of 30% of the total reservation.
Cancellations made 6 to 4 days prior to service are subject to a 50% charge of the total reservation.
Reservations cancelled 3 days before, on the day of service, or in case of non-arrival, are non-refundable.
